Speaker Bureau
Our staff is prepared to speak and to lead workshops on a wide range of topics. Churches use these services to help train staff, minister to church attendees and address specific needs. Our staff’s diverse specialties enable us to cover effectively nearly any mental health-related topic that interests your church.

On-site Intern/Counselor           
SCA can provide a counselor or intern to work at your church, providing counseling, pastor support and therapy at your facility. The counselor/intern is supervised by SCA psychologists and is accountable to the pastor. The church would pay SCA a low hourly fee for this counselor/intern’s time.

Pastoral Supervision
You can arrange for a staff psychologist to meet with your pastoral counselors to discuss specific cases, provide clinical insight and advice, develop helping skills and support your counseling ministry. Schedule supervision sessions at whatever frequency you find most helpful.

Teamwork Development
Through structured learning experience and use of inventories like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and DISC increased productivity and staff morale can happen.
