Nancy earned an MA in counseling ministries/chaplaincy from Denver Seminary in 2007 and an MA in counseling in 2008. In addition, she served ten years as a hospital chaplain and directed a pastoral care ministry for a local church. She is trained in EMDR Therapy, Level II.
Nancy views counseling as a transformative process that helps people come to terms with the impact of past difficulties and face current challenges in order to experience more hope and freedom for the future. Her experience includes work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions and life roles, PTSD, and recent or past trauma. She also works with couples and individuals in the areas of marriage and relationships.
