Wellness Assessment and Debriefing
Whether on home assignment or leaving the field, missionaries returning to the States benefit from objective assessment to promote further growth. To meet this need MCS evaluates the returning missionary’s emotional well being, family functioning, marital health, stress management, and relationships with their sending agency and the churches that support them.
For missionaries re-entering the field, we provide services to help them better understand their own strengths, needs and challenges, and to prepare effectively for the transitions they face. These missionaries take with them recommendations for further growth that may include ongoing therapy.
